Good idea, I'll add a cutoff to only include more recent events.

Hi, I love the plugin and a friend is doing a local lifestyle content site so I thought I'd give it a try there. Please take a look as soon as you're able. http://goodlifevancouver.com - you'll notice showposts=7&cat=8 7 showing above the post headline. I've been through the html, css, and php for the plugin - sorry, not a coder so no clear-cut answers - and I found the echo command line that I think is displaying this text. I tried an experiment - taking it out - to see what happens and that killed the theme layout.

So as things stand now, I am at a loss as to what to do to solve this problem and wondering if you might have some insight as to what I'm missing.

Thanks, Lee

Any way of filtering by tags or categories? I'd like to have the rotating posts show up based on the category or tag of the page or post they would appear on.

Use the following instead of comment 44:

Hello,

This is a very promising addition to the Events Calendar, however, it does not emit valid iCal. Embedded newlines should be escaped, and long lines need to be folded (per RFC 2445) in chunks of 75 characters or less followed by CRLF and a whitespace character (I recommend tab). Improperly formatted feeds cause problems for clients such as Google Calendar. Ideally control characters would also be removed.

Cheers!
