I made another plugin for WordPress called Rotating Posts. This plugin allows you to easily create customizable rotating posts like those seen on popular news sites.

See a customized CSS version
Please post questions on the wordpress.org forum at http://wordpress.org/tags/rotating-posts.
I need some help with this one.
Please get back to me. ironflag1@gmail.com
Wow, it’s a very awesome plugin
But I got a problem: I don’t know anything about CSS and programing them so I wanna know if there’s a forum about your new plugin.
It would very cool many other people could write different CSS for people like me.
Thanks
Hi,
This is a great plugins.
Can I have more than 1 rotating post in one site?
Is that possible to have random post? it means that if I have 20 posts in one category, I can actually set 5 in “number of post” and the display not only limited to post 1-post5, but it will continuously play post 1-20 randomly?
Great job.

Hi,
Just wanted to say thanks for an awesome plugin.
Have a look what I’ve done with it on our website called The Sport Review.

Thanks again.

Check out what I’ve done with the plugin at thesportreview.com
Just wanted to say thanks – been looking for something like this for a very long time.
Any way of filtering by tags or categories? I’d like to have the rotating posts show up based on the category or tag of the page or post they would appear on.
Hi, I love the plugin and a friend is doing a local lifestyle content site so I thought I’d give it a try there. Please take a look as soon as you’re able. http://goodlifevancouver.com – you’ll notice showposts=7&cat=8 7 showing above the post headline. I’ve been through the html, css, and php for the plugin – sorry, not a coder so no clear-cut answers – and I found the echo command line that I think is displaying this text. I tried an experiment – taking it out – to see what happens and that killed the theme layout.
So as things stand now, I am at a loss as to what to do to solve this problem and wondering if you might have some insight as to what I’m missing.
Thanks, Lee
This should be fixed in 1.01
This is a feature, check the settings page.
